General Conditions of Entry
By entering Fraser Coast Wildlife Sanctuary (FCWS) you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Children and Supervision
Children 16 years and under must be accompanied and supervised by a person 18 years of age or older.
Prohibited Items
Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited. You may be refused entry or evicted if you are found to be in possession of, or under the influence of, alcohol or drugs.
Novelty items such as balloons, party decorations, and devices with lighting or sound effects are not permitted, as they could pose a welfare risk to the animals.
Animal Welfare and Interaction
Animal welfare is our top priority. Any harm or threatened harm to animals will result in immediate removal from the Sanctuary. Guests must always treat animals with respect.
Due to the potential to cause stress to the sanctuary’s animals, no domestic animals are permitted in the Sanctuary grounds.
Smoking and E-Cigarettes
FCWS is a smoke-free environment. Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and vapes, is allowed only in designated areas.
Photography and Media
FCWS reserves the right to take photos and videos for security purposes. By entering the Sanctuary, you consent to the use of your image for these purposes.
Behaviour and Eviction
FCWS reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest displaying offensive, violent, or disruptive behaviour, including failure to follow staff instructions, inappropriate language, vandalism, or any violation of these Conditions of Entry. Guests engaging in inappropriate behaviour may be evicted without refund. Additional actions may include involvement of law enforcement.
Vehicles and Parking
Vehicles are parked at your own risk. FCWS is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of vehicles or belongings.
Footwear Requirement
Appropriate footwear must be worn at all times within the Sanctuary grounds.
By entering FCWS, you acknowledge and agree to these Conditions of Entry. Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises without refund.
